All our pieces have an oversized fit, so we recommend you take your regular European clothing size if you prefer an oversized fit in general. If you would like a more regular fit we recommend you to size down on every piece.

Shipping

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer support (support@nomiraclesclo.com) so that we can file an investigation request with our shipping service provider.
As soon as we have received an answer, we will contact you.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for a shipment to arrive.
When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you.
Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed. In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
Order
After completing the ordering process, you will be sent an order confirmation by email.

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

We want you to receive a flawless and high-quality product. To initiate an exchange or refund, send an email to our customer support (support@nomiraclesclo.com) with photos and a description of the damage and your order number.

We are sorry that the wrong item was delivered to you.
Send us the wrong item back and put the fully completed return form in the package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exchange. If the exchange is not possible, we will refund you the money.

We can not guarantee your order can be canceled, but we will try.
If you get in touch with our customer support (support@nomiraclesclo.com) as soon as possible after placing your order, we’ll try to cancel it before it reaches the warehouse. If your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel it.
Returns
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase.
To return an order please fill in the following return form or contact returns@nomiraclesclo.com with your order number and await our return confirmation and shipping instructions.
When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
- Enclose the completed Return Form.
- Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
-Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches our warehouse and is confirmed by delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or colour if available in stock.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the delivery. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.
If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@nomiraclesclo.com so we can investigate this for you.
The costs of a return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for current pricing.

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
Your personal data will be encrypted during the ordering process. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. Even with possible refunds, the complete credit card details cannot be viewed.
The respective authentication process offers additional protection when paying with a Visa Card or Master Card.
