Shipping
Once your order has been placed, we will start the handling process and send you a confirmation email.
All of our NL and BE Packages are sent out via PostNL. All of our International Packages are sent out via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or DPD. Final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.
*IMPORTANT: Orders may be subject to taxes and duties which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. The recipient will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies for UK and International orders.
Delivery times
Our delivery may vary in time. Once your order is placed it usually takes 1 working day until it is processed.
From the moment the parcel is ready for shipping and you got the dispatch confirmation via email you can expect your parcel to be arrived within the following days:

Returns
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase.
To return an order please fill in the return form and await our return confirmation and shipping instructions.
When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
- Enclose the completed Return Form.
- Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
-Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches our warehouse and is confirmed by delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or colour if available in stock.
